Yeah does suggest a loss from reality and suggests a macabre atmosphere. The title of a game should do a better job of letting people know what kind of game it really is especially for a psuedo-survival horror game.

Agreed. And beyond this

**POSSIBLE SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS GAME**

it's also the name of the book Alan doesn't remember writing and is then living out through the game.

**END OF SPOILER**

I'm not totally sure that would meet spoiler status as I think it's mentioned in the trailers but I didn't want to ruin anything about the game for anyone.

I forgot that part, good memory. Also I didn't do any of the of the downloadable content so I don't know what else was reveled. That is what I get for renting it.

Now I nobody has to add you to their list of people they want to kill. :)

Around the Network

Almost a million!! Yay Alan Wake!! :D

Ive always thought the main reason for the low sales was no advertising. I didnt see one advert for it in the UK!

Neither have I, and I watched quite alot of TV early 2010.

I think most of those sales came from the Internet hype and word of mouth, if the digital are included(With bundles) It'll probably add another 500k, but the report by Torrentfreak or w/e ha AW piracy pegged at something like 300-400k more than the actual amount sold, pretty lame tbfh.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

Yes it deserves every one.
