I got the Quad core Q6700, a Asus Striker motherboard, 2 8800 GTX's in SLI, Corsair Dominator RAM and my case is a Thermaltake Armour LCS with the watercooling built in.



Current Consoles: Xbox 360 Elite, Playstation 2, Gaming Rig, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3.

Nice article, I mainly agree with the choices, I've been very impressed with the Q6600 and the Nvidia 8800.

The question is, it is worth upgrading from a Copperhead to a DeathAdder?

It's not like we have much of a choice on the sound cards department. On the same note, I have never owned a dedicated sound card :)

 I'm considering upgrading my copperhead to a DeathAdder or try to get the limited edition Boomslang or the lachesis. They are all amazing mice.

True, but with creative you know it's going to be sound blaster compatible ;)

Yeah, i got the creative sound blaster fatal1ty series...

I use a logitech G9 mouse with a G15 keyboard... i've always wanted to try a copperhead, are they good?

heh, e2160 cpu overclocked to 3ghz, Logitech G5 mouse, generic Dell keyboard (PS/2, o_0), logitech X530 speakers, cheap $30 Creative sound card, 7800gt, and a gigabyte p35 board.

That case is pretty sweet in the original post. Pretty sweet looking mouse too, I like my G5, but it's scroll wheel pisses the crap out of me when I want to use it in games like Counter-Strike to switch my weapons or just to middle click in every day use.
