It wasn't an insult. I was pointing out that you didn't know what you're talking about.

If every time someone points out you're wrong, and you take that as an insult. You have a difficult time working with people.

?????? I don't get what you own about.

of cores I know what a supercomputer is.

people use expressions all the time maybe you don' t. but if you won't to discuss a point then do so I am very willing to discuss your points.

Yes, because I always assume anyone with such a firm grasp of the English language always knows exactly what they're talking about.

To be fair you can correct someone without sounding like a d*ck.  His awareness of sarcasm is either just as bad as the responder's english, or he just wanted to look cool on the internet.

All this video does is convince me that in modern days consoles shouldn't cost more then 300$. Look at NES Nintendo's first home console using cartridges, 240$ then the N64 which sold at 200$  after inflation close to 260$. Then look at GameCube 200$ again probably close to 250$ in today's market. Then the Nintendo Wii at 275.99CDN or 250$! GBA launch price 150$ which today is 180$ Then the DS another 150USD launch inflated is 167.99$.

This is why consumers say PS3 cost to much, and X-Box 360. Sure when compared to 3DO, NeoGeo, Atari2600 yah I guess its not much. But when you compare it to NES,N64,GameCube and pretty much any other Nintendo console that is just ludacris.

As a Nintendo fan I have come to expect great quality hardware at very affordable prices. Thus when I see PS3 selling at 600$ I freak. Nintendo spoils us and as that report shows they always give us more bang for our buck. Is 250 too much for 3DS well considering GBA and DS both launched at 150$ yes it is 100$ more, include inflation and GBA was still only 180$ according to the Bank of Canada's inflation calculator.

So that means that the 3DS is the most expensive handheld console produced by Nintendo to date. Of course Nintendo fans will be upset. However 250$ is reasonable as a home console as that is around what Nintendo typically charges for home units. Infact even Wii was more expensive then GameCube which after inflation is alittle over 240CDN.

In all fairness the CELL processor was absurdly expensive to develop and Blu-Ray drives not being cheep at the tame plus all the other Tech SONY jammed into it meant they had little choce to charge US$599 for it. but SONY should have realized that a system in the price range of the PS2 was more appropriate.

The 3DS will of cores cost more then it's predecessors because of the more expensive Tech it uses of corse US250 dose seem a loy for a Handheld Console but you can't expect to get new technolagy for the same price as the old going.

the biggest cost for the 3DS is the screens which nintendo dont make and i believe are from toshiba.

but must remember that the europeans are paying 348 USD (last time i checked) for the 3DS, so around 100 USD more.

That sucks it's just like the PS3 was US$600 but in the EU it was $1000.

Ok that's true. I love sarcasm.  I just felt bad because he doesn't know the language enough to defend himself and he was trying to contribute lol.  Be nice!  :P

Whatever dude whatever.

I guess you can't express yourself on the Net anymore because

Right?

It's more of a if you want people to take your seriously or think you know what you're talking about, at least pretend you comprehension of an eight year old.

I don't think every single post on a forum has to be an incredibly well thought out error free post, but at least make an attempt to make it readable if you want people to actually take you seriously.

No offense at all here, but when you type like that I just automatically assume you're some 12 year old trying to sound big.

To be fair sometimes Sarcasm is not as obvious when typed as it is in real life.

When you said horsepower would any rational person with command over English think you actually meant horespower? No.  This really isn't that serious, but I just wanted to point it out because it leads to silly bannings sometimes.
