Thats my personal opinion. Plus it should easilly pass 1 million WW on the Wii version alone and any game that passes a million is usually a decent game.

Bet with OriGin: Within 1 year Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be ahead of Mario Kart Wii (when aligning the one whole year from each region). 2 week ban from Vgchartz for the loser. Edit: Darn! Looks like OriGin will win.

1. Brawl (will probably be the best selling home console (not handheld) game of 2008)
2. GTA IV (will probably be the best selling home console (not hanheld) game of 2008 if #1 doesn't apply)
3. RE 5 (If it's on par (quality wise) with RE4 then it's gonna be very big)
4. Little Big Planet (if it delivers everything it promises it could become Sony's Mario)

I only own PS3 so i don't know about wii or 360 games but for PS3...

Games im gonna buy immediately:
Gran Turismo 5, Killzone 2, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Grand Theft Auto 4, SOCOM Confrontation

Games ill rent first:
Devil May Cry 4, Haze, Hot Shots Golf 5, Merceneries 2, Star Wars: Force Unleashed, Next James Bond, Metal Gear Solid 4, Getaway, Final Fantasy 13 (if released in 08)
