but if you talking about 5pb,Deathsmiles not developed/published by they,and they only published one CAVE game called "dodonpachi DAI-OU-JOU Black Label EXTRA"

but too many bugs in that game,because:

The Xbox 360 version received a lot of reports of bugs and problems with the game that rendered it highly inaccurate and glitchy. The eventual reason for this was because 5pb lifted the source code from the PS2 version of the game and slotted it in for the 360 version adjusting it as required, however it was done without permission. Cave and Microsoft stepped into aid the patching process.

And thanks also for the info, Deathsmile was one of the game I desperately wanted when it release in Japan and now I'm finally gonna get the chance to enjoy my Loli-shooter-hell! *hugs*

PS I didn't think they were the maker as I thought CAVE was the creator for sure, but I glimpse of the post above and went on a rant xD
