Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Kinect makes you Superman

Now I like this look of this concept using - inevitably - a hacked Kinect.

I like the Kinect tech but I haven't liked much of the software available yet.  Dance Central is great and Kinect Sports is pretty good but everything else I've tried quickly goes from decent (Kinect Adventures and Kinectimals) to pretty poor (Joyride for example or a boxing game whose title I can't even remember).

But a Superman game looks like it could be quite cool and I love the idea you could punch, grab, etc. in real life and have this translated to some super action in a game.  This is the kind of stuff I want to see - not obvious Wii copies and the like.

I don't think there's ever been a good Superman game I can remember, but Kinect looks like a great input device for that specific character IMHO.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Lets hope that it's as good as Superman 64.

Sorry I couldn't help it...

Seriously though, the idea of flying like Superman in a Kinect game by leaning your body is a great one.
