This is so brilliant... I seriously can't believe how well thought out this is.

I kinda wish you could modify hair and even gender if you make enough cash though, having that being possible sounds just out there enough to totally git into this game.

I still am completely in awe of the brilliance of using teh bathrooms as a save point. I mean, it's just such a smooth mesh of game to reality, you've got them all over the place, but not every place is going to have them in places you'll be able to find or access, some might be out of order.
The only thing that more realistically represents saving your game IRL would possibly be a journal or a diary, but that would either be too limiting as to where you can save (only in the single place you keep your journal) or too open (if you keep your journal with you, you can save anywhere)
