@linkz IIRC I had voted for Heph before the post that I said was a possible slip not after.  I could be mistaken but if no one else checks this now I will when I get back.  Also I have asked ABC to clarify some things not sure timing and can't check that now either. Well I did think it was wierd when I read it in the quicktopics but now I wouldn't rule it out...

They were allowed a single "I'm here" type of post as Day One started.  That was it.  I see that the way I worded that post looks funny, but if you look at the timestamps, you see that there really wasn't any discusion during the Day.

That is an interesting theory that you think Trucks let them talk during Day One this game, but I think it is highly unlikely.

Now the issue I have with this post is that if you're a townie, then you know for a fact that the cop investigating you would be a wasted night, and so it shouldn't even be suggested. Not only that, but most likely the cop wouldn't come out just to confirm you're a townie and thus it wouldn't even address prof's concerns.(you may say that nobody coming forward with a vote on you would be confirmation, but only the cop would know if they actually target you or someone else) As mafia it'd be a perfect statement of no fear to avoid an investigation, and since you point out "objectively" there are better targets anyway it seems like you could be buying time to find the cop before he finds you.

4) I also see it like Heph is covering for you, and while he is a nice guy, I don't like the way you're dismissing the possibility of Heph buddying up to you.

1. thats exactly what i meant. i didnt know if the day would be ending while i was in bed that night (i was not anticipating day one to last THIS long) so just wanted to throw that out there in the hopes that the cop would consider it.

2. i clearly said "if that was me". meaning, if i was in ABC's shoes, being considered alien scum, i wouldnt be goig about being all ambiguous. i'd be instantly trying to fix it for clarification, since the ambiguity(sp?) of what i'd said could be suspicious, especially if i went along with it so long like ABC did. that was all. (for the record of anyone else who noticed my saying that, i didnt say "if anyone thinks i say anything suspicious, il poop my pants". if you think so, i would consider my comment to have been taken out of context).

I know it would be a wasted night, but im not so selfish as to take it personally if i WAS investigated. i only said, IF it would bring other players peace of mind they are as welcome to ask the cop to investigate me as they are of asking him to investigate anybody else they find suspicious. again, i was thinking outside myself and thinking about it in terms of the game. i'm not the one who needs confirmation of my alignment, i know my alignment. but im not the only one deciding what happens here. i already said who i'd like to see investigation results for.

4. i really did mean that. someone else has mentioned that that was linked to heph taking his vote off me. i didnt want symapthy unvotes. again, the game is bigger than me.

5. i did not consider myself to be in enough danger to warrant your supposed reason for my wanting a time limit. i was just getting frustrated at not having enough time to read over everything, its been constant in here. which isn't a bad thing, of course. just hard. my "the longer it takes" comment meant that we could go round and round forever. at least if we had a time limit we'd have a deadline for organising our thoughts and make proper decisive arguments.

that is all, and i see you put a lot of effort into your investigation. even though you HoSd me, I hope you're satisfied.

FoS Heph (not voting because he could genuinely have been being nice that time) because i'm genuinely feeling stupid for not noticing earlier why he could be buddying.

and besides Wonk's ridiculous going after of Radish i think he's alright. Too desperate for a lynch, maybe, but totally wrong way to go about it.Thats pretty much the only outrageous thing he's done that i've noticed, he's calmed down since then. I wouldn't push for a day-one lynch, at any rate. I was gonna wait until i had a chance to go through it and check him out for myself. I'll try now but it takes ages.

no. im saying if it appeared we buddied, it wasn't me. i think the other guys had a valid reason for thinking we might be suspicious TOGETHER, even though individually we're sound. but i didnt think so at first because you were just being nice. i dont want to trust you in-game, even though i valued your real-life comments (thank you :) ~).
