based on the fact that trash was pushing for abc when it was said there would be a modkill.

I'm not 100% convinced abc is mafia, and this post makes me think trash was looking for a quick end.

No matter what stefl flips, I'm up for a no lynch because we will add an extra day.

That's a fair point, and I did already address why it'd be a bad idea to lynch after a townie modkill. I would be worried about even the two votes on ABC, but if trash is scum then there can't be a quicklynch as things are now anyway.

With Stefl being modkilled, what do you make of his pushing for ABC all of day one, though he never voted him? As I said, if he flips townie then the choice is clear: no lynch. But what if he is scum?  Hmm, just had a thought though. What if trash and Stefl are aliens, and trash was trying to push ABC's(if he's a townie) lynch before the modkill could occur or to still have the upper hand?

Didn't try to find any meaning in the flavor text. (only thing that seemed odd is trucks singling out radish as blowing up vans... a reference to past games but not understandable to new players).

Noticed you are making a whole lot of a deal of a piece of text that most townies should not have analized... If you have no night action, why would you nitpick at the night text in the first place?

Now if you had said:

Didn't notice, didn't know, but realized it in the morning! then yeah, that's a townie attitude, but people nitpicking it "at night" are the most suspicious IMHO. (proff's case is special due to wonk's post though).

Technically it adds another night, as there's the same number of mislynches available. But you're right, either way no lynch is the best course of action because it gives the cop another night to investigate, and reduces the town as a whole so it's more likely to find scum.

There's still stuff to be discussed after the flip, but I might as well get the ball rolling.

Nope. This goes with the discussion after the flip, but it's going to take another 4 votes for a no lynch so I'm not concerned with anyone shutting down discussion prematurely. I'd rather not speculate on it too heavily, because it could give away a hint as to who the cop is. However, I'm certain there is a cop, and thus no lynch is almost surely the right move after a modkill.

ok cool. i dont think i've played many games where there was a modkill, maybe once but it was a big game. i havent really thought through the implications of going ahead with a lynch.

but if i go offline to sleep (midnight GMT already) can you guys wait until im back online tomorrow before ending the day please? i want to be here for it.
