Response: For the moment, I would say a couple players stand out as playing very oddly. I'm entirely sure but it seemed Heph was trying to "buddy" with several players. I still need to hear more from stefl, who has not been very active so far. I would probably not vote for someone this early in the day.

Oh wow, I hadn't noticed there was another page.(and now it's actually already onto 13) I see what you mean now, still have to read through these posts though.

I suppose it doesn't discredit the idea, but I still don't think it has much merit. I was going to make a joke that the one or the two of them had to be mafia and/or be the next night kill, but I didn't think it was actually funny(plus it could be true) and could only make me look bad if one of them actually does turn out to be the next kill.

man, Heph, you are either very paranoid, or trying to set me up. 

I knew during the night that wonk was doc. Not only was it in the flavor, but wonk even showed up and said, "just mad doc wonk roaming the streets. Made you look", and I had to tell him to remove his post before anyone notices.

Well, I didn't KNOW know, I thought he was trying to trick town roles into doing something stupid at night, but I had a very good feeling that he was the doc. In which case, no, I would not have killed republic. 

Took a look back, because I couldn't recall a time when Republic stated as a matter-of-fact that a doctor existed, thus indicating he could be the doc.

But first he quoted Heph with the possibility: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=3916891 and said "Of course, this all assumes there is a doctor, which is not gauranteed."
Not related to possibility of being a doc, but even earlier: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=3915484 he said "Assuming we even have a cop, which might not be the case."

So I'd say if he was chosen because scum thought he had a power role, then they aren't very smart. I'm sure others have made similar statements, and if I have time I'll dig them up. But I am certain that some players have dropped larger power hints than those, and I won't point them out if they've gone unnoticed unless that player is at risk of being lynched. I have to think that either those players are aliens, the aliens missed the hints, they didn't choose Republic because they thought he had a role at all, or some combination of the three.
