Xbox Live community keeps giving money to Activision... First Strike set new Record on Xbox Live with 1.4M downloads in its first 24 hours...

"n February 1, 2011, Activision Publishing released Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike, the first add-on pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops, on Xbox LIVE®. The map pack set new Xbox LIVE records with more than 1.4 million downloads in the first 24 hours, an increase of more than 25% over last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package.The map pack also will be available on the PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system on March 3, 2011 and on the PC later in the quarter."

About time us PlayStation 3 users get some love from Call of Duty with first strike coming in march! I can't wait to get my hands on this. So in non-Black Ops news did anyone read the Modern Warfare 3 plot by the Video Game Enthusiast? Unbelieveable, although if anything I would have brought this map pack had I played Black Ops, this is one of the more promising map packs I've seen for the COD franchise. Despite some of the levels sounding niche, the zombie map alone would probably provide enough entertainment for me for at least 800MSP
