 This seriously shows how much of a sham "gaming journalism" is. The gaming press is heavily skewed toward shooters. Note that this list doesn't even acknowledge games like Rock Band, Persona 3, and God Of War 2 that deserve a place in any "Best of 2007" list - especially over Polished Shooters #2739-2741.

From all I have heard Crysis is a distinctly average game with pretty graphics, why does it get 4?

Also the list can easily be questioned, personally I don't see why SMG is below Bioshock and stalker got fairly ordinary reviews - certainly not rave reviews.

Also this list is from a reviewer with little credibility in the world of video games. I don't see why you should say this list isn't questionable just because you personally agree with it.

I completely forgot GoW2 came out this year! That definitely deserves to be on that list, if not in the top 5!

1. Super Mario Galaxy
2. The Orange Box
3. God of War 2
4. Bioshock
5. Assassin's Creed

Uncharted, Mass Effect, Crysis, Call of Duty 4, and a few others would probably round out my top ten.  If I included expansions, Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance would make the list as well.

In my opinion. Of course, I absolutely love GoW, and a more neutral reviewer would probably put it 8th or 9th (assuming they put it at all and don't stack the list with shooters).

If any of you guys realize Bit-Tech is the most unbiased/neutral site to review games. The fact that SMG is #3 should show that fact. if it was biased SMG, Halo 3, and Mass Effect wouldnt be anywhere on that list.

Bit-tech covers all news, PC, Tech, Consoles, Music, etc.

 Five lines is a bit overkill, imo, as that would cut off things like gamertags, etc. Maybe 10-15?

 I just cut down my sig size. My predictions will be removed at the end of the year as that will shorten it up a good deal too.

 Its still way too long. Down to the bottom of the 'PC' list should be about the maximum size of a sig.
