Forums - Sony - PS1 games on remote play!

So what's the range of the connection?? Meaning how far away can you be from your ps3 and still be able to use remote play??

I am not sure how far away the space center is, but if they have wifi on it that is probably the furthest at the moment. If we can somehow build a station on the moon that would be awsome. This has got to be one of the bbest things ever to happen for astronats.

Now on to how bad ass this is. My brother is currntly located in South Korea, and he has my old PSP which is teatherd to his PS3 in his house in Washington state. I went over and put GT2 in his PS3 and he was playing GT2 in Korea while his PS3 sits in Washington. I feel extreamly jelous of him right now. I will have to go to a mall and hit up a T-mobile station this weekend, and play some FFVII. It is great to do stuff just cause you can.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

Hah, nice...

This really is a great feature.  It would be better if not for custom firmware letting you just load PS1 games to your PSP, but this method does save space on your PSP memory stick.

Even better, though, is that it also works for many PSN games such as bowling, poker, folding@home, and many others.

SSHD and CAC are not currently supported. There's a thread somewhere out there (on another forum) that lists them...
