Fair enough, Saturn is 2D king, with DC a very close 2nd.

Oh, and another reason why fighters are so awesome on the Sega Saturn....... The saturns excellent controller with it's arcade style button layout (they dont make tip top controllers like the Saturns anymore )

God yes. Playing SF is so much more pleasureable on the Saturn than on the PS3... the dpad and buttons are just much more responsive... I can agree on DC being close second, too ;)
