It was quite satisfying to see him beat the shit out of Akainu, and do some damage to Blackbeard without his devil fruit (in the episode that just came out yesterday). Alas that all things must end in tragedy, at least as far as the Marineford Arc went

 

Now for Luffy's revenge, though that could take 3-5 years, as Blackbeard will be the next-to-last fight in the series, and Akainu the last

Erm.. Well Blackbeard is on his way to become the most formidable pirate out. Garp and Sengoku seem to as strong as Whitebeard.... Then we have Shanks and the other Yonkou... The Gorosei strength haven't been shown yet so they should be still in the radar.

Erm.. Well Blackbeard is on his way to become the most formidable pirate out. Garp and Sengoku seem to as strong as Whitebeard.... Then we have Shanks and the other Yonkou... The Gorosei strength haven't been shown yet so they should be still in the radar.

Blackbeard stole Whitebeard's power after the latter died, so technically he's already the most powerful man in the One Piece universe shown so far: he has two devil fruit powers, both of which were at the top tier when they were shown

The one character I've been waiting for since I started watching One Piece is Dragon. I'm betting this guy is damn powerful and I can't wait to see what he can do. Shanks is definitely strong and I can't wait to see him in action either. can't wait to see how One Piece progresses in both the Anime and Manga :D

Even if I love Blackbeard most of the time he seems to offer nothing apart from his DF powers.. After he uses his DF more proficiently he'll definately be up there, as at the moment we don't know what the "New World" has to offer so I'll just rank him in the top ten, atleast.

I remember reading somewhere about him possibly being a Mythical Dragon Type that can change weather (or use weather) at will ( I really cant remember where I read this). I think it is very interesting and can be a possibility. I don't think his real name is Dragon because ... I don't know why would you name your kid dragon :p
