Forums - Sony - NGP is so getting a 3D screen, just look at this statement.

its not getting 3d. and if it does its going to be better then the 3d of the 3ds, and that would mean alot of more money.

omg gamespot was right! the price is 999.99!

i don't think touch screen can work with 3D. not saying the technology is not avaiable, You know, 3D works by distorting the sense of depth.  it will be very hard to keep the sense of depth in order to "touch" the object when 3D is enabled.

Edit: to make it clearer. 3D tech make us think the part of (or the entire) object is nearer to our eyes than the screen. But in order to interact with the object, we need to poke though the object and touch the screen. Imagine to touch a 3d object without know the distance to the object. It is very hard. I don't want to keep twisting my senses while playing games.

The top screen is only 3D.

huh? you do know we are talking about NGP, right?

Well this is Sony so of course they will copy. I mean they are Sony which means copy check your dictionary :P

Seriously if Sony could have been more mature and just say they have a good idea and it will be interesting to see how it works for them I would have had more respect for them. Why trash talk somebody and then copy them that is just low..

I am actually surprise they have one thing that was innovative they had the back touch thing which could be used for some interesting game play.

oh and when they add the 3d screen the battery will die very fast

OT: Sony regained part of my belief in them with how sexy the PSP2 was. If they put 3D in, I will personally kill every Sony employee.

I can help you as long as you leave the ico team alone

Of course it's getting one:

Step 1: Nintendo does something.

Step 2: Sony swears they'd never indulge in such gimmickry.

Step 3: Nintendo succeeds with it.

Step 4: Sony copies it.

But don't forget that they would have been working in a 3D handheld eons before the 3DS announcement, à la move.

I don't know, I haven't ever used faux in spanish, but, at least in Spain, you can use the same expresion "à la" too, so it must be something widely used.

Bounjour 4k1x3r,

Je m'appele trasharmdsister12. J'aime le GIF de Carl.

Pour répondre à votre question, oui monsieur! C'est une nouvelle tendance.

My French is really rusty. I haven't done anything French related in 8 years.

Hahaha nice one. :p All you said was perfect french, except maybe that I'm 19 and you're 22, so no need to say vous, tu would be more appropriate, even if you don't know me, you're still older. (but I guess you didn't check my profile to see my age, so it was in perfect french. =D)

I'm expecting a 3DS XL (better for movies) and NGP 3D (if the 3DS succeeds) in a near future.
