A lot of these people are only suspected terrorists and have not had a trial and, in a lot of cases, not charged with a crime. 

 Its even worse that the bush administration thinks that it can nullify outrage by telling people that waterboarding isn't tortue by not calling it torture.

We condemned it and called it torture when the Japanese did it during World War 2, but now certain fanatics call it "a CIA sponsored swim lesson". Lafiel is right, we do nothing to help our cause by doing this, and it looks even worse when the tape of us doing it is clearly available and the Connecticut cowboy still says we don't torture.

I heard some smug, suit wearing american lawyer trying to justify this torture by saying that "it gets results, so maybe the ends justify the means" and I wanted to get Mortal Kombat 2 on his ass.
