No hand-held device with smartphone capabilities is ever doomed. It will always have 10 or so customers paying for voicemail and unlimited texting.

Yeah but if you've seen the comments on the Wii when they only announced the NAME people across internet forums were flaming the crap out of it. Funny times really.

Well if they're bringing Uncharted and Killzone to the NGP, I can only imagine we'll see something that has to do with God of War, Socom, Resistance, LittleBigPlanet.. you know, stuff we've seen on the PSP. To say that it doesn't have any games is stupid and I wipe my ass with this thread *flushes toilet*

I think it wil do better than the psp did against the ds, but it will probably still lose, just not as big.

If they have lots of ports of PS3 games, then there may be a point in buying it if you can continue your PS3 game on-the-go on the PSP2/NGP(which someone(I forget who) alluded to during the presentation last night).

yea but does that require buying the game TWICE

you know owning say uncharted 3 for ps3 and uncharted 3 for NGP

hell if NGP games are say $50.  that is then $110 for Uncharted 3.  All so you can just play on the go if you want to

Don't know about you, but this line up looks a little more complete than NGP's revealed lineup yesterday.

When the 3ds was announced, no games were anounced and the 3ds was not even shown. Seriously, the misinformation that is being spread around here is crazy. We had to wait till E3 to actually see the 3ds and get games info.

can you please show me where it was announced the 3DS

I don't recall hearing anything but rumors or a statement saying we are making a new handheld.  then rumors about it being in 3D.  The 3DS was announced at E3, just like the NGP was announced yesterday.  We had plenty of rumors and crap about the NGP before but it wasn't announced till yesterday.

How about you quit spreading misinformation

well when 3ds was announced at e3 last yr it had few games shown for it. we all know 3rd party is going to be there for both handhelds and i see know mis info in either post so plz stop before this ends badly.
