EA to allow all Xbox LIVE users (not just Gold subscribers) a chance to download the Crysis 2 demo.

From noon Friday, January 29th,until noon on Monday, January 31, (both Eastern time) Xbox LIVE members who sign into Xbox LIVE will enjoy exclusive Gold-only features which include the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo.

Also, on January 29th from 3pm to 6pm (Pacific time), all Xbox LIVE members can compete head-to-head with the developers at Crytek in the Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo. To participate, gamers need to send a game invite or friend request to the gamertags listed below. From there gamers can party up or join their game.

Crysis 2 developer Crytek is working on a patch to address a number of bugs in the game's Xbox 360-exclusive demo.

Since the demo launched on Xbox Live yesterday, users have reported regularly being disconnected from the game's servers and screen freezing during the online matchmaking process.
