Apparently it's fake.

They used dialogues from Arkham Asylum. Joker looks different in Arkham City and yet they used the Arhkam Asylum version of Joker.

Why would Rocksteady do that?

Though I do believe there is Co Op for Arkham City, this trailer is fake. But maybe I'm wrong along with the other people. Maybe this trailer really is legit but until Rocksteady says so, I'm gonna call fake.
