I played more or less everything I was interested in that actually released in America (and finally played Sin & Punishment on the Virtual Console <3).  Really it's just limited to...

 

  • Bakuretsu Muteki Bangai-O! (Treasure) different from the Dreamcast version, and arguably better
  • Bomberman 64 (Hudson) this is 100% different from the Bomberman 64 we got
  • Custom Robo (Nintendo / Noise)
  • Custom Robo V.2 (Nintendo / Noise) this was actually planned for localization but got canceled ;_;
  • Last Legion UX (Hudson) Virtual On style arena fighter
  • Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 2 (Chunsoft)
  • Puyo Puyo~n Party (Compile)
  • Puyo Puyo Sun 64 (Compile)
  • Rakuga Kids (Konami) cute 2D fighter, released in Europe
  • Tetris 64 (Seta / Amtex) came with bio-sensor!
  • Wonder Project J2 (Enix / Givlo) fantranslated I guess

...and of course there was 64DD stuff I wanted...

  • Doshin the Giant (Nintendo / Param)
  • F-Zero X: Expansion Set (Nintendo)
  • Sim City 64 (Nintendo / HAL Laboratory)

A lot of Rare's titles.

I also didn't manage to finish Super Mario 64 (got 120 starts, couldn't beat Bowser after literally hundreds of attempts). First time I tried that battle on the VC SM64, I beat it no problem. Shows how much one gets better at games in general with time and experience.
