I definitely think Uncharted 3 is the game to get the highest meta score this year, no doubt about it, I mean, if it can exceed the second in every way (Which I'm pretty confident Naughty Dog will do), then it'll be met with phenominal critical acclaim.

I also think, although probably unreasonable, that Killzone 3 has a great shot at the highest meta score this year, I know the second raked in a 91, which is really great, but honestly, from what we've seen, the third installment seems to be leaps above it, as if it's in a whole new league, let's just hope that the critics see it the same way.

Thirdly, although I'm not really a fan of the series, I think Gears of War 3 could steal the title of highest meta score of 2011, I've played the first game, finished it, thought it was pretty decent, but a little too... "meat head" for my liking, and I never really bothered to play the second. The meta score could be interesting for this, since the second game scored one point lower than the first, so maybe the third will follow suit and score one point lower than the second, or maybe it'll rock the socks off of every critic in the business and leap to a 95

Either way, I think 2011 definitely has the most, and best, contenders for highest metascore of any game, let's see if anything can dethrone Grand Theft Auto IV... it could be a while.
