You would assume this would be the sort of thing Sony should kill themselves, like racist Xbox Live usernames and such that get nixed, the benefits of having a private service (though Sony seems to have issues knowing where their private service ends and consumers' property begins)

It may be legal but you gotta watch it. You could end up on the no fly list, or maybe your comments will be reported and you won't be able to get access to government buildings and such. Your name could be put on a CIA, FBI and Secret Service watch list. If you went alittle far like actually saying how you could kill Obama you could be arrested for plotting an assasination. Or maybe you could be arrested for uttering threats.

Their are several legal ways the US Government could make your life hell. Fact is right now many of those people are probubly being watched. Every threat can be taken seriously, most aren't but if the Government decides to make an example of you , your fucked.

It's best to keep death threats and talk off the interwebs and between you and friends only. Everything you say online can be traced and monitored.

This. I wouldn't be surprised if the creators of those levels have already been visited by the FBI or SS.

not sure what you are talking about, obama broke a ton of campaign promises and one of the worst presidents in US history.

actually obama has gotten practically everything done that he has promised, except the whole guantanamo bay thing

and yet he is still the worst president ever.  shows how stupid voters are.  they finally get someone that does all his promises and of course didn't realize how shitty those promises were.  i didn't vote for obama cause i knew all that he said he woudl do would ruin our country more, and low and behold he managed to do all those things and none of it worked and only worsened out employment.

oh and how about him promising that unemployment never reach 8%, which it was never close to in bush times, and yet we reached near 11%
