The long awaited 3DS launch details are in. Nintendo Of America and Nintendo of Europe both set their launch dates, as well as commented on how many games to expect.
Believe it or not European gamers will get their hands on 3DS before North American's do. In Europe the 3DS will launch on March 25th. A total of twenty five titles will be availible between launch and E3 2011. The line-up of titles appeared to include many Nintendo heavy weights. Unfortunetly Nintendo of Europe stated that retailers themselves will decide the selling price of the 3DS meaning it could be more expensive then in America.
In North America the 3DS will launch on March 27th two days later then Europe. However on the plus side American gamers will get five more games within the launch window then Europe. The consoles long awaited price is just 249.99$ making it about 50$ cheaper then the Japanese.
