Well at least there also isn't flaming. Perhaps we could also discuss how we felt about these first games.

NES: I love both SMB3 and Dr. Mario, having several versions of them on other systems, just so I can play them all over the place.

Gamecube: I was hooked on MP1 from the demos, and was a fan of the first three games so I knew I had to have it. It's still one of my most replayed games. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, the third MP game is good, but not as fun as the other two.

Gameboy Advance: The game turned me into a fan of the series. I have the other two games right now.

DS: I haven't gotten very far in Rondo Of Swords. It's not bad, just I'm not a fan on games that rely that much on luck. FFXII RW I have had a lot of fun with, but now need to find a good way to grind for the end game.

PS2: After buying Kingdom Hearts, I bought KH II, Chain of Memories for GBA, 358/2 Days, and Birth By Sleep (can't wait until I can get Re:Coded). So I kind of liked it a little.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
