Its a silly argument anyway, you will not change my mind one bit, nor will I yours. So why not talk about a game that is about fighting war that is not from american perspective, possible ideas and scenarios or just not bother?

Some type of game where you set up improvised explosive devices alongside a road and then wait for a vehicle to come along? Points for setting up the IED without getting your head blown off by the enemy, for disabling the vehicle, points for fatalities, points for maiming and injuring. It could be an action RPG. You start with one character and navigate your way into running an insurgent network. Fun stuff?

Yep that would be great game, as long it had high production value's.

I should get banned? for what? what rules have I broken? or is it you just do like what I say, should we ban everybody that you dont like what they say?

If someone created a thread to say:

"It would be good to kill muslims/Iranians, I wish I could play a game where I get to kill as many muslims/Iranians as possible, because I hate muslims/Iranians, as does everyone else in my country/religion/culture."

...should they be banned?

I just would not bother posting and bumping it up so it stayed at the top for everybody to read.

Well, there's certainly an argument to be made that each side should have it's recruitment videogame.

Why is this guy's account not banned yet like his other accounts, are there no mods online?

I'm almost tempted to create an alternative account and start a thread about how "It would be good to kill muslims/Iranians, I wish I could play a game where I get to kill as many muslims/Iranians as possible, because I hate muslims/Iranians, as does everyone else in my country/religion/culture."
And then if anyone was disturbed by that, I could accuse them of being "intolerant" of people with "different views".

And I'm sure these folks in Finland and Norway (Parokki/Mummelmann) would defend me from any critics, exactly the same as if my comments had been about killing Americans/Jews/Israelis, right? Right??

Let's just leave the thread be, there's too much ill will in here on all sides. We all detest double standards I'm sure, but they can be hard to see if something is thorughly engrained in one's perception. As a peace-loving man from a peace-loving country; let's stop posting here and move on.

Well the american army did well with "America's Army" game, they had some stats about how many ppl joined because of the game. Maybe "Mujhadeen" game,  and make in the style of GTA  but set in Iraq.

But who should design such a game?  I'm sure Infinity Ward is comprised mostly of Americans, with plenty of Jews and Brits and whatnot.  Perhaps Omar should find some highly-skilled video game developers in Syria and the Gaza Strip to design his American/Jew-killing recruitment videogame?

We don't provide the 'easy to program for' console that they [developers] want, because 'easy to program for' means that anybody will be able to take advantage of pretty much what the hardware can do, so the question is what do you do for the rest of the nine and half years? It's a learning process. - SCEI president Kaz Hirai

It's a virus where you buy it and you play it with your friends and they're like, "Oh my God that's so cool, I'm gonna go buy it." So you stop playing it after two months, but they buy it and they stop playing it after two months but they've showed it to someone else who then go out and buy it and so on. Everyone I know bought one and nobody turns it on. - Epic Games president Mike Capps

We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games. - Activision CEO Bobby Kotick

Yeah I thought about that and Maybe the Saudi's can pay, they got billions and billions of dollars. They could pay 10, 20, 50 million at a talented studio and give them unreal engine 3.

Considering the Saudis are one of the reasons the US first went to war with Iraq (Saddam invaded Saudi Arabia) and the majority of Saudi military equipment is purchased from the US, good luck with that.

I didn't know the American Army game did so well.

Here's another one for you. You can start playing this game right now (you already are, actually). It's called "How to stay off a terrorist watch list". Have fun playing.
