so my 360 wont run any games and has the open tray error so it acts like theres no game in the disk tray despite the fact that there is. Funny thing is my last 360 did the exact same thing the last time i opened it up and fucked around until it started recognizing the disc in the tray so i was good. then i got alot of money from my college and said f it and bought a new 360 with a warranty and gave my old one to my friend. so the problem arises again sigh but i dont have my receipt will gamestop still take it?

Err no idea, but if it falls within warranty from MFD of 1 year, then you can maybe call Microsoft and try to arrange something directly? But that means having to wait for it to be repaired and returned back, not sure about this though. But in UK a friend got RROD, called up MS they came, picked up the Console with the power brick and waltzed off. He got the console back a week later.
