False information??? Read again... Sony was talking about SALES (revenue) not UNITS... Sony overcome Wii in France last year because it software sales was much better than Wii software sales... so sales revenue was better for PS3 than Wii.
I guess GT5 give the victory for PS3 in the last two months of the year.

Um, the PS3 costs more than the Wii, so that would make more revenue, so there is STILL the likelyhood Sony was spinning things.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
