It may be just Indiana stores or something then.  All I know is what my gf told me (manager at gamestop in north east Indiana) and I know that her store moved their sections around as did some others because Nintendo messed up shipments of some recent games. I think it was Mario All Stars or something.

Hmm... so if MS messed up their 360 shipments during peak season they will be moved to the back as well? Oh wait...

I guess Nintendo has been doing this a lot recently and they have been selling a lot more 360's, Kinects, and Move's than Wii's anyways.
