For people who hate blu-ray loading times, ME 2 will be available for download on PSN (and it maybe available on xbox live as well) on release date Jan 18th.

Hopefully they do not charge the same price as a retail copy, plus the download will probably be pretty huge.

I think it would do well if the download version costs $39.99.

Then what is the point in paying the same price when you will never actually own it? Not to mention can't lend it to friends or bring it to a friend's house or even resell it?

This game might end up being given to the PSN plus as a trial some day, it can happen.

Or there might be a discount for this game for PS plus members, you never know.

Anyway, I am pretty surprised by this, its actually downloadable on release date that rarely happens for PS3.

EDIT: I was right, seems like 1 hour trial is available for PS plus on release date.

Any chance this will get pirated or hacked directly from PSN?
