@kyliedog to be fair I could see how people could make that mistake, but IMHO it never really added up for me. They would have essentially had to redo TR 2 & 3 with the Legend engine and then make it all HD pretty, that seemed like alot of work for just a collection.

@d21lewis im right there with you, i never did see the fanfare, IMHO I think people liked the character more than the actual game. How someone can play it today and say the controls are fine is beyond me. (i tried)  THe worst part is they didnt even attempt to fix controls, they just added more crap you can do and hope no one noticed. I think Uncharted spoiled me.

I completly forgot that Anniversary came out on 360. My bad

I prefer to buy new games. not old ones.

But fun for some others.

I know that Underworld sucks pretty bad on Wii, but how good is the HD version? maybe compared to Anniversary.

Here's my little mini-review of the games:

Legend: Good graphics, fun story, great boss battles, great controls, fun puzzles, boobs/ -very short, not very challenging

Anniversary: Great exploration (if you crave that), very good update to the original Tomb Raider, mind bending puzzles, bewbs/ -more unstable camera, some cheap deaths, worse graphics than the older Tomb Raider Legend

Underworld: Great graphics, fun/creative puzzles, (hopefully the 360 exclusive DLC willl be included because they were great), tits/ - Story was kind of "meh", no boss fights at all.

I'd rate all three of them an 8/10 but your enjoyment will depend on how much you like exploring and solving puzzles compared to the story.  The controls are almost exactly like Uncharted's but the gunplay isn't as central to the action.  The puzzles are--and Lara drops hints that help without blowing the enjoyment in all three games.

Well when I finally buy a PS3 I'll probably get this one.
