It's not a good time for Sony. Not long after the PlayStation 3 was hacked and an industrious developer released custom firmware for the device, comes news that the PSP Go, too, has been hacked.

Known PSP hacker Liquidzigong has successfully managed to load an ISO loader on the Sony handheld. Apparently some of his files were leaked, and now a few videos have been making the rounds, including one showing a Go running Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. What's notable about this is that the game notoriously was only released on UMD, making it previously unplayable on the download-only PSP Go.

The PSP has been struck hard by piracy, so much so that many developers are hesitant to release games for the platform. One of the ways the company was hoping to deal with the problem was through downloadable games. The PSP Go was even designed with no external battery to make hacking more difficult. But based on this news, it looks like those measures weren't enough. It took three years for the PS3 to first get hacked and it has taken less than two for the Go.
