It has everything you could ask for..So what does it need still to outsell Wii/Xbox360?

I'm not sure if a $50 price cut would do much of anything in America but it would probably raise sales by 50,000 or 75,000 a week Worldwide. A $100 price cut would cause some real movement but Sony might be unwilling to lose money on hardware, especially if the looming piracy thing becomes a problem.
$200 price tag a usb in the back for move camera maybe ps2 B/C some official holiday bundles like the 360 and wii get every holiday season

Make a better 2D Mario than Nintendo has (put in more effort). There's a lot of room for improvement over NSMB Wii in level design as well as technical aspects.
I say this because that game held up the Wii's sales this and last Christmas almost alone; other first-party titles didn't sell well.
Well, to outsell 360, it needs a lower pricepoint before irrelevance and to outsell Wii, it needs that and Nintendo IPs.

That doesn't make any sense...Sony doesn't have the rights to make a Mario game, and even if they had them, and make a better 2D Mario than NSMB Wii as you say,it still wouldn't have any big impact on PS3's sales.

No it doesn't...PS2 didn't have them and dominated the GameCube.

Yeah, but we're talking about what PS3 needs now, right? It doesn't matter what the PS2 did then -- the competition, the brand name, the power of Nintendo IPs, the entire situation was different.
