PS3 is doing very well. It is making a good come back. It's still selling more consoles than the 360 did at this point in its life cycle.

Excellent week for everybody! Sony should do something to push GT5 more in Japan, excellent WW sales anyway. Very good sales for DKCR that could become the second best selling ever in its series, but alas the >1 year old NSMBW strongly outsells it. Balance Board gets very good sales, but Kinect stole its thunder, at least this Xmas, still too early to tell if it will have the same legs, though, and Balance Board Xmas peak was a lot higher last year (but BB had a slower launch and really took off in an amazing way when Wii Fit Plus replaced Wii Fit). WOW @MKW, heavy bundling puts it again in the WW Top Ten during its 3rd Xmas, making it exceed 25M lifetime sales too!!! And about Epic Mickey: should we really consider good those weekly and total sales for a game that has "Disney", "Mickey" and "Wii" words on its box, and during Xmas too? I couldn't believe that currently, according to some surveys, that unbearable a*hole of Bugs Bunny has become more popular than Mickey Mouse, but these sales make me look back on it... Has Disney image become so tarnished? BTW never before TV broadcasted Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty during the same Xmas holiday, at least here, are they doing fire sales?

And launch aligned, Wii has outsold both HD consoles combined.  Comeback!

Halo Reach sell very well with 308,000 in his 15th week... Xbox 360 still kick Ps3's ass...

I am really happy for GT5, DKCR, Epic Mickey and loads of other games.

Is this its highest week yet in Japan? If so, I think it's making good progress so far in Japan.

OT: If only PS3 American sales could've been a bit stronger, then all three home consoles would've breached 1 million, which would be...well, mind-blowing, to say the least.

I generally agree, however i think Lords of Shadow has been a success, because its actully a very good game, and its done almost 0.7 mil in 3 months. according to this site its about to be the most successful Castlevania, and i think lifetime it will do about 1.5 mil. so i know its off topic, but i think even despite him name it wouldve still been a success, his studio has didnt have much input for the title anyway. but i am pleased for Konami, if its a success, then they have a great AAA title in their list.
