Yeah, that sounds about right. /AC:B is much better than 2 IMHO, but that's because there's more to do, and Subject 16's puzzles are good, if infuriating!

Could be too long if you don't have full access to it. First time through, story lasts around 12 hours, but you need to complete sub-stories (assassin's, rennovation, Borgia tower burning etc.)
