I don't really see the point of doing this. Plus it's not even done in a fair matter. Unless they will also compare the overall line-up of every console.

Because when a game isn't exclusive to the 360 it means that it's also on the PS3. But it's not on the Wii. I'm thinking about games like Red Dead Redemption or Bayonetta.

So I agree that the Wii had the best exclusive line-up but in order to crown a winner for the year, I think it would be wise of them to compare the overall line-up.

Because it's obvious it's either the PS3 or the 360 in that case.

It's funny, last year, 2010 looked much like 2011 looks now.

I thought the Wii was only a fashion. So it isn't doomed? Yes, it is. Come on guys look at the weekly sales this chritsmas, Nintendo has nothing to do with the Wii, iwe can officially call it 'Epic Fail'. It neither has good games so forget about that stupid IGN article, everybody know that the Wii is only casual market related.

oh come off it people acting like IGN hates the WII, IGN does not hate Wii, I think they give it the most fair reviews of any online website. Matter of fact I think there are some games rated a little TOO high (007, Conduit) they made one article calling out Ninty and they hate them???? SO Ninty is some company thats perfect and there beyond reproach??? give me a break.  OT I do agree that Wii should be the winner. 2 of the games in the 360 category are not even exclusive, there avalaible on PC. But I thought that Sakura Wars game was also on PSP/PS2

Wii exclusives is a marked improvement compared to previous years; and 2011 is looking to be much better for the Wii (esp if rumours of localizing Japanese titles are true).  Though the HD twins are sure to have some suprises in their sleeves seeing the investment they put in revitalizing their current format.  In any case, it should extend the Wii's lifetime until 2012-13 when Ameterasu gets showcased during E3-2012; X720 and PS4 won't be shown at least until  sometime 2013.  So yes big exclusives are going to peak in 2011!!!

A great amount of Wii games got good scores this year. Great ending by Nintendo.

I think this is a fair take. 2011 will be a very interesting year. PS3 already has its exclusives lined out, can't wait to see what the others have.

Well the good games for the Wii are usually the exclusives so i'm not suprised. If we are talking about overall lineups though the PS3 and 360 still win.
