Not played Xenogears?

We got New Super Mario Bros. back when it first came out.  We actually own FIVE DS systems and just got DS number six (a DSi) for Christmas.  Since my kid lost NSMB (all I have left is the empty case), I was considering buying it again.

*edit*  I just got the NSMB DS/Bundle joke!!

Well, at least I hope he was. I personally found RDR to be a bore fest and completely overrated, just like GTAIV before it.

Sorry if I wasted anybody's time--If it's any consolation, I REALLY enjoyed the suggestions here.  Euphoria, espescially!  My GF is headed to the mall to go shopping and I gave her my $50 gift card.  I'm gonna text her and tell her to get:

-Star Ocean International ( $17-PS3)

-Nier ($12-360)  Didn't even want this game until Euphoria sold me on it.  Now I can't wait to play it!

-No More Heroes 2 ($12/Free--Wii)

And I'll still have a little left over for next time.  And if it matters to anybody, I am now officially hyped to pick up Vanquish in the very nier future!!  Thanks for voting, people!

I picked DKCR because thats the next game I'm planning on buying.

I'm actually playing Star Ocean right now and it's very long specially if you like getting all the stuff early. Also there's only one character I found hot in this game, for uh obvious reasons. But if you like stereotype: lolita, airhead, small bewbed teen, childhood friend? then you might like it better. The game probably has one of the longest completion value so if you don't have the time It might not be for you. Also in my opinion the games has a case of bad acting, not voice acting as most people would say well I guess I wouldn't know since I use the Japanese dub. Over exaggerated movements keep me from looking at the screen directly. I still like the game though, maybe if you had more time you should check it out.

RDR is typical GTA so if you don't like that style stay away from it. But there is some appeal in hog-tieing people and dragging them on a horse. Also stick to the region of you console well since I played it on a PS3 the confirm button and cancel button gets mixed up which was annoying when you play mini-games like poker (you know canceling and confirming at the same time?). 

DK's full price!  I know it's a great game but it just can't compete with THREE good games!  I will get it, though.  Just not right now.

Buy Red Dead Redempton and Star Ocean and pick up Nier. That is a pretty good deal IMO. BTW she is a girl who happens to be a hermaphrodite.
