I've seen the trailer and thought : ''Now that's a movie I'm not watching this life''.So yeah..didn't see it.

It was meh. Not very gory and the "shit" section was funny. Besides, there are porno and gore flicks waaaaay more discusting that make this movie look like a saturday morning cartoon. "A serbian film"(that's really the title) is more disturbing. Just read the wikipedia plot summary to learn why you should never watch it..

I saw the trailer and that was about all I will ever see, to me the film is basically just like "Snakes on a Plane" a movie turned meme that is only popular because of the premise, nit the actual movie.  And yeah, I also saw the Tosh.0 thing, and it cemented my opinion....lol

WTF, some people are seriously messed up in the head to make that kind of movie....(just read the plot summary of "A Serbian Film"...)

While I would agree that all humans have dark fantasies there is a level of depraved thought process which is far beyond the realm of the average individual; and I would say is the sign of a sick mind. While the vague plot of A Serbian Film might be a thought that most people might have (that is how would someone react to being filmed doing deplorable acts while drugged) few people would be able to conceptualize the kind of twisted garbage that is (supposed to be) in that film.

Extremely boring movie, and not medically accurate at all.

On the trailer on youtube some people talk about 2 girls and one cup. What is that? I only saw reactions o_0

I rented it from Red Box out of curiosity since I enjoy a good psychological horror movie.

I watched it once, then skimmed through it again for a second viewing opinion and yeah; the premise was ridiculous and what is presented as being a "viable" medical procedure (vital to the plot as a major portion of the film's shock value resides in the notion that a story like this is actually possible in real life) isn't for reasons already mentioned.

Infection due to contaminated operating room conditions, tissue rejection, blood loss, and the fact that the "grand" medical procedure basically only consisted of removing teeth (see blood loss) and grafting skin. Nothing was done to alter the digestive tracts of the patients, etc. And that's without even nit-picking which isn't even worth the effort.

I'd say offhand that the only value in watching it would be as a curiosity and/or for the "shock value" such films depend upon for viewership.
