Is this some kind of Sony mantra? close your eyes, putting fingers in your ear, nodding your head and repeat 'there is no Kinect, there is no Kinect, there is no Kinect'

MS announced 5 exclusive Kinect games at TGS for a 2011 release. Are they somehow not existant anymore? I will pick up at least 2 of them day one and pay my 50 Euro for it. Why do Sony-supporters keep telling me Kinect does not count when it is here, proven and with a great support? It is sad that the games I am looking forward to do not count.

The is like the whole PC/Xbox 360 is not exclusive !!!!111 debate. But suddenly the same people that told me so are going crazy over a ME2 port. But there is no reason not to count Kinect. Sorcery is not a PS3 exlcusive then, heh?

you can clearly see in my post that i talked about kinect games, but im not counting them for a simple reason. im not counting move games. pc/xbox360 games arent exclusives because of the meaning of exclusive, its not a debate its that you cant come up with a smarter way of saying it. what does me2 being an "exclusive" have to do with people going crazy over it. also most of the people going crazy over it already played it.

now if you want to count the motioned controlled games go ahead and do it. but games like gears and steel battalion are different enough that they belong in two lists.

i dont count them because they are diffrent. its like putting limbo and halo reach in the same list for 2010 360 exclusives. they are diffrent enough that they belong in two diffrent lists.

am i saying kinect games arent exclsuvies??? no im not, get that out of your head even though i know thats what you want  to hear, kinect games are diffrent enough that they dont belong in the same list as forza and gears.  even if i count kinect and move games ps3 will still have more exclusives for 2011. like i said in my other posts quality is what matters and thats subjective. all i was doing is making a non motioned controlled list and you could have easily known that if you used your brain.

I got tired of Twisted Metal while playing Twisted Metal: Black.  Online RPGs have been done to death and there are much better ones than the lastest Final Fantasy so why get excited for it?  The only game out of the entire list that in my opinion warrants any real attention is The Last Guardian and I don't think that will be out in 2011.

To me the games that really interest me are fresh ones.  By fresh I mean they give you something new to experience like Dance Central did this holiday season.  So for me games like Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor (moving a giant mecha with virtual controls and your body) and Project Draco (nurture and learn to communicate with a dragon) are worth more than almost all the games in that list combined.

I don't want to ruin this thread so I'm not going to post anymore in it but I just wanted to explain my original comment and to help some people understand why some people might not think it's a great lineup.
