there were like 5 games announced i just dont know if their release window is 2011

To be honest, Seece. Some of your comments (not in this thread) showed that you sometimes clearly aim your arguments against PS3 fans or PS3 games (just like "mostly PS3 games get overhyped"), but I guess I assumed too much here. So... sorry.

About that "posting negative things" stuff: if PS3 fans didn't post negative news about MS, and if 360 fans didn't post negative news about Sony, then we wouldn't have negative news at all on VGChartz. And by looking at this thread you'll see that the first aggressive and unreasonable comment was made by kowen, a 360 fan (and that's also what derailed the thread). Instead of having a good discussion he attacks MUGEN/PS3 fans for no good reason. He was banned for his comment, absolutely justified. Some people are just too sensitive regarding negative news about their console of choice.

We had more than enough troll threads in the past which were made by all types of fans; but this thread hasn't really anything to do with trolling/bias against MS. It's not even negative..., just look at the article again and tell me what's negative about that: "As for the future, we've got a brilliant line-up for 2011 but it's ultimately all about Kinect."

I don't EVER troll PS3 or PS3 games, the reason I come off as anti PS3 is because I root for 360 so much sales wise. Shoudl take a closer look at my post history and don't cherry pick 1 or 2 posts out of every 1000.

The negative news is usually, not even worth posting, and is only posted by certain individuals to get a rise out of people. Just like I said before, it's ruining the community.

And to the guy that gave an example of a 360 guy trolling PS3 and posting negative news, yes there are 360 fans that do the same and I wish they didn't, but one example does not come close to the amount of PS3 fans that unfortunately do it.

The negative spin here is that the 360 will have no core game line up (or little) and will be focused on Kinect. Obviously a negative for the type of 360 fans here wouldn't you say?

Honestly I see both sides on this one, I think both arguments are completely legit. I like how the one poster said if PS3 owners and 360 owners didn't post negative shit then there wouldn't be any posted at all, lol, that's actually true. I can see how posting this article could be an attempt at the stealth even though I didn't take it that way at all. I suppose if it was a stealth attack then it's better that it didn't work on me, flipped the script on the kid without even knowing it. I can also totally see this being a case where the hardcore 360 crowd are reading way too much into things. Perhaps a little insecure about what the 360 has in the pipeline for next year. Hell I'll admit that even though MS has the reputation of not announcing everything real early, I'm a little bit suspicious of 2011 (only a little though). I will say that I'm certain that stealth bullshit goes on in the MS forums quite often. I can't speak from experience on the Nintendo and PS3 forums because I have never, not once been to either but I'm sure the same thing happens there. No way to know really what the intent of the OP was, I guess the best anyone could do would to be look at the poster's history.

2. Not worth posting? So you only want to hear good news and ignore the bad ones? Hell, I'm a Sony fan and even I want to hear bad Sony news from time to time. It's not like the world is full of sunshine every day (I hope you understand what I mean...)

Don't get wrong here, trolling is bad, and I wish some people would stop with it. But this thread is NOT trolling in any way.

1. Well, you can't really judge that, simply because you haven't played these games. But you already had a discussion about this with CGI as far as I know, so I don't want to start another one again.

2. But the news in this thread isn't, so there's nothing to complain about.

3. What "evidence" is there? The only "evidence" could be that shipped numbers differ too much from the ones we have on VGC, and this could also mean that we're undertracking it. I goes both ways, so this isn't an evidence at all. But you know, we have these stupid threads every single quarter, how many times can Sony overship? (I don't want to defend those who constantly scream for adjustments, btw.).

4. Ummm, yes. That's probably the case. But if you look again you'll see that no one made a comment like "OMG, MS only has casual stuff for 2011!!" Until kowen came in this thread it was peaceful, he turned this thread into a hate thread.

The truth is, the people responding didn't handle the situations too well, and got what they deserved.

It's funny. It's like middle school all over again, where one person insults/punches someone and he insults/punches back, but gets caught, and busted.

I think the 360 will get a huge boost in sales from tapping into the non-gamer market. This is if the line-up is made up of simulation games or games that have benefit other than entertainment.

Well looking at the 2011 lineup something is lacking for pre-orders on Amazon/GS - Kinect games. So far the only three big games listed - Children of Eden, Forza 4 (which I'm assuming will control using Kinect and a standard controller) and the new Star Wars Kinect only game. I know Steel Battalian and that flying dragon game (what was it? Similiar to Panzer Dragoon) will be out, but really thats not enough games for an ancessory that will sell 7 million by sometime in 2011.

If you guys thought last E3 was bad because of Kinect wait till this E3 - I bet every game requires Kinect or atleast uses Kinect for a majority of the experience.

My ONLY hope is MS allows hybrid controls so people who don't have Kinect can still play the game.
