This thread is makes me remember why I love the interwebz. Oh the seriousness of it all.

But anyway, cool stuff Microsoft. Just remember to give me my Halo CEmake, Gears 3, Codename Kingdoms, Steel Batallion, Child of Eden, Rise of Nightmares, Panzor Dragoon, Codename D, Mechwarior 5(freakin' better) Ms. Spolsion Man, Haunt, and Gears of War Kinect.

Huh. Coulda sworn I heard people b*tchin' about the not having enough hardcore exclusives . . . oh wait, they don't own an xbox. Well, still, I want my Mechwarrior 5. Better get a publisher.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

I'll contribute to the discussion. Microsoft better not have a shitty year in 2011, otherwise I'm chucking my 360 at grandmas house so the cousins can have something to muck around with. I've been extremely satisfied with their output this year, hopefully I can say the same at the end of the next year. 

You kind of ruined your point with that extra word.  Whether the news is bad or not is entirely subjective.

I think it's great news.  There are plenty of traditional core offerings from third parties this year, way more than I have time to play. I'm extremely excited about what's going to come from 2nd wave Kinect games.

Way to prove a point, some peoples mental capacity for thought outstands me.  I seem to recall similar crap like this being posted last year and how 2010 was the year of the PS3, see how that one turned out.  The OP and the guy quoted in the article doesn't have a clue about what will, or not be released next year yet.  Games slip, games that have gone under the radar come to the fore.  It's doom mongering simply for the sake of it. 

My comment said my thoughts quite clear, this thread is pointless and deliberately started to cause trouble.  It was neither stupid or contributing nothing as you've decided to come in and flame me for having an opinion on it.  Now step off your soap box and go antagonise someone who cares about what you think.

OMGee hope there are more exclusives other than kinect ones - I'll be getting a PS3 when UC3 is released...hopefully then there will be a slimmer model and a price cut

Child of Eden isn't an exclusive....But I do think the Kinect version will be a lot more interesting than the move version.


As far as I know no Move support has been announced.  Just a PS3 version that uses a controller.

I hope for the best for Kinect & MS, but I hope they don't alienate their core gamers...this was the only thing i fear(ed) what would happen once kinect released.
