Don't worry the tsa was only the start of the Obama administration "helping us" and deciding whats fair

Thats right we need the government to hold our cranks to make sure we don't drip on our pants

This all sounds just awful.

Not sure how you can blame Obama for it though.

Blame him for not trying to stop it sure...

But I don't think you can say he was grabbing for power.

Well this under his watch, this is a government entity

"But if there are standards on decency that the government gives and enforces for regulated licenses for television and radio, then included in that ought to be those that make references explicitly or implicitly based on race, gender and sexual orientation."

I agree. Silence the hatemongers! Starting with this one:

There is attempts at grabbing power and shredding the Constitution going back for awhile.  I will let others say it started earlier than the Clinton administration, but you see Carnivoire, Ruby Ridge and Waco under the Clinton Administration.  The most recent Bush administration also played a bunch of this to. You had Muslim extremists against globalization (and connecting the United States with it) being made out to be a greater threat than the former Soviet Union, and with this came a bunch of compromises.  And now it continues under Obama.  One can then say maybe it isn't either Bush Jr. or Obama's fault, but the powers that be doing it.  I just wish media types would stop with the partisan cheerleading here, and being inconsistent regarding all this.

so long torrent sites, hello again file hosting sites.

It sounds like it's a government entity that's going "rogue" for all intensive purposes.

this is all fcc, and not obama

Also, I'm for net nuetrality laws.

I am however AGAINST regulation of the internet as if it were TV or Radio.  For one unlike Radio, there isn't a limited set of stations.

TV shouldn't really be regulated either.

Considering the whole "We want power to blacklist websitese" stuff Obama has been talking about and recent attempts at taking down wikileaks, even net nuetrality laws seem like it might be too much though I must admit.
