Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

i'm assuming it will be handled like a pre-order for software. The system isn't counted until it is actually in the customers hand. however, i don't post the numbers so i guess ioi is the only one that can answer this for you.

When I used to work a Lowe's they would sell 50,000 dollars worth of Gift cards a day but they were not counted as sales. After Christmas when people used them it then went into the system.

It should count since you have to pay the full price in order to get the rain checks. Is not like a pre-order where you only put down $5.



man i hope they keep track of it somewhere b/c that will be a really good number to know--guessing around 3-4 mil
