Read about the 3rd Reich

Read about the night of the long knives.

then read about how the nazi's

owned the media and controlled it

Just going after Fox news is hypocritical when you ignore the other news outlets.

What is your opinions on how they covered the previous presidential elections. Or are you wearing your  leftist colored glasses

This is fun to do at a party

Walk up behind an unsuspecting Liberal and yell Fox News.

Watch em scream and dive behind furniture.

Obama did nothing..nothing before he became president.  We don't even know about his college transcripts.MSM didn't even bother to dig and he never released them.  He is supposed to be a genius but what is this based on?  Another good one is when someone says he is a Professor. Ah..no.

But the main stream media made sure we knew what brand of underwear Palin wore. What a disgrace.

I would believe Fox news before the Obama water carriers at the other news nets

George Bush didn't release his college transcript either, it's their own personal information and they have a right to hold onto it if they want to. Just like McCain never fully released his medical records.

Also he was a professor at the University of Chicago and I think still is. My friend goes to the University of Chicago law school and can show you his name on the faculty list.

Your just repeating the same crap wacko birther conspiracy theorists say. Any intelligent person can easily do their own research and prove the things you say wrong.

he is not a professor your friend is misinformed

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/03/28/university-of-chicago-oba_n_93896.html

He was a senior lecturer...any intelligent person can easily do their own research mhsillen and clearly see he was not a professor...you should really watch when you say remarks such as that at the end of something as it really makes you look like a complete idiot now.

I said he is not a professor, that is correct. Being correct does not make me an idiot

Yea, that shoulda been quoted without your comment, it wasn't aimed towards you, lol

Do the other news outlets misinform? Probably. Did they go after Obama as hard as they did Palin? I don't think so. But even then, no matter what party you're from, I think we can agree Sarah Palin wasn't very knowledgeable in many aspects of the presidency.

The reason Fox News needs to be held accountable is because they claim to be "fair and balanced" which is ridiculous (having Juan Williams doesn't make you balanced), they get the most viewers out of all 3 major news organization, and they are apparently the most "trusted" name in news.

http://www.law.uchicago.edu/media

"Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track."

That is from the University of Chicago Law School.

I don't know if you have ever been to university but many professors are not full time or tenure track as they have obligations in their research or in politics that take up most of their time. Anything else you want me to disprove?

I personally don't know the difference, but the article I posted before says there is a difference in terms of academia...so technically saying he wasn't a professor isn't a lie, but one could say he was, and you really wouldn't be wrong either...what difference does it really make if he was a professor...it just makes me think that much less of him.

Woah...see thats the problem with the whole idea in general...what is it that makes somebody have the right knowledge to become a president?  Does being a governor or senator really prepare you any more...I am so sick and tired of hearing person A is more "qualified" to become president, because quite frankly, a lot of people could do the exact same thing Obama is doing now (perhaps with a slight less show of overall...smoothness(is that the word?)), not to mention the same thing that the last 6 presidents did...I really don't think there is any prior experience that makes one better qualified to become prez.

I have no Idea if President Obama is more knowledgeable then palin. He didn't have more experience.

And you don't find the bold part troubling?  The media was like huge snow plows pushing all the negative info out of the way so President Obama can drive his limo up to the white house.

And why don't you have as much passion for the other news outlets? It's short sighted and misses the big picture

This is my political diagram:

@tigerlure

Just looking at your sig pic makes me think about a boondocks episode that dealt with an issue the way all news outlets handle a situation.

The episode where the teacher utters the n-word. it was so thorough and funny

No, Juan Williams doesn't make you balanced. But between Juan Williams, Kirsten Powers, Alan Colmes, Susan Estrich, Bob Beckel, Geraldine Ferraro, Alicia Menendez, Ellis Henican, et al, Fox is easily more balanced than either CNN (whose idea of a conservative is Kathleen Parker) or MSNBC (whose idea of a conservative is probably Dennis Kucinich).

By all means, hold everyone accountable. But all complaints about how shitty the media in general, and cable news in particular, is seem to start and end with Fox News. Granted, they are the ratings leader by lightyears, but no one seriously thinks that's why they're the whipping boy. Nor are they especially bad as far as cable news goes. It's because and only because they dare to lean the other way.
