Drinkzmax calling for some discussion on general policies during downtime between Rounds.

Hummm... you mean when there is no game runing?

Basically it should be that the next host opens sign-ups after current game has finished, or at least after the hammer for the last day has occured.

If the host isn't available the host of the previous round should open the sign-ups.

I think the inclusion of Words of Wisdoms sign-up template is a given... it summarises everything important.

Other than that I don't think there is much to do to keep order inbetween games.

Well, we are still working on the normal Game Index... so worrying about Databases for Sign-ups seems kind of out of the question to me.

I have time to host a round now, so you can add me to the queue.

I'll host Round 64, theme is gonna be great nintendo 64 games.

Yep. I'm not sure if I missed any more between the never-occured 60(the theme of which I still remember and will one day roll out) and 70, other than the two I was able to find.
