Its a bit annoying when you take most of their health for someone else to get the kill. There are a lot of enemies though and they respawn fast, so you wont have to wait too much to get it done.


I'll test this some more, but this is completely wrong last I saw. Last I had these missions to do anyone who got a hit in got equal credit even when not partied. I did several highly contested quests this way. Often I would do little to no damage, and rarely get the killing blow but I would still get credit for the quest.  There are times when quests can get severely limited and hard to complete, but it takes a lot of people. Even then it normally clears out fast.

Edit: Of note, I have been in the PC Beta since October sometime. I will write up a more detailed impressions bit in a separate thread if people seem to have an interest.

I'll create a character to recheck it, but we are playing different versions of the game so we could both be right here. Make sure the name is right though. There are sometimes subtle differences between the names and no visual difference.

i love this game. the combat is good enough to keep me killing mobs in order to get the quests down. plus there are puzzles sequences in the instance. i had very good time so far. but i do hope they fix the freezing issue soon.

btw, i still don't know how mobs are tagged. it seems it is tagged to who dealed the first blow. but it turned out that i can still get some xps from mobs someone else is already fighting. not sure if the quest can be completed in this way, but maybe the xp is shared like the old Korean mmos.

I'm in the PC Beta and I'm really liking it.  Some parts are pretty difficult for lefties but it's good.  If anyone is on World 4, I'm McAwesome (though I haven't been on in about a week or so).

Played a bit more.

Created a new charcter: DarkFlash.

I have gadgets, martial arts and superspeed. Batman is my mentor.

Im fighting a lot better than with my other character.

Im lvl 5 and I m enjoying it more.

Had my first freeze too ad I died because of it.

So far, really enjoying it.

Ah, to be able to play an MMO with a controller is so good.

Played some more. Im really liking the game.

However, I had the PS3 freeze 3 times. It suscks cause getting on takes awhile.

Other than that, Im having a blast.

Ps - I havent played with anyone yet. Dont evne know how to invite, join people.

I too get a few freezes, but what saddens me is.. I WANT TO FLY FASTER lol which I know I will when i level up, but im an unpatient bastard :D


The one thing that bugs me though is the lack of.. uh socializing with the people around you. Not once have I spoken to a real player, (Ive tried it) and not once have I really felt like ive interacted with people around me. I created a second acount on the PVP world and well.. I didnt see any PVP o_o'
