This will never be localized.

I'm calling it now.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Yay. Never saw this coming. My excitement is through the roof. I am ecstatic.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Just finished Symphonia. Good game. I hope they localize more Tales games. The Japanese are so friggin lucky -.-

I don't understand why they don't localize. Vesperia on 360 did very well outside of Japan.

They sell on average or slightly more it seems with the localization version. It can't be THAT costly to translate text and voice work.

Bastards....I play 42 hours to save the damn world and revive a tree...and they can't tell me what that f'n trees name is! RAWR!

I'm going to guess it is Symphonia. Lol.

hey dude add the info to the OP as well

"The big feature for Xillia is that it has two main characters, a first for the series. The male main character is Shuto Matis (voiced by Tsubasa Yonaga). The female main character is Mira Maxwell (voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro).

Only a few details on these characters are revealed in the magazine. Shuto attends a medical school in the royal city and is an excellent student who gets things done. Mira is a master of spirits which control the four elements (earth, water, fire and wind).

These two characters were designed by two different veteran Tales series character designers. Shuto comes from Kosuke Fujishima. Mira comes from Mutsumi Inomata.

Also of note in Jump's first look is word that the game's theme song will be performed by Ayumi Hamasaki."

@Acevil I thought so too when I first played it, I bought it the year it came out and never got into it. Though recently I started to play it again and i'm at the true final boss and damn its really underrated, a very solid game. Legendia isn't as amazing as TotA or ToV or ToS but is still worth a playthrough.

OT: It's a Team Symphonia game so our localization chances are higher but It's Namco so all we can do is just hope for it to come over to the west. Im interested to see what the art syle and the graphics look like this time around now that's it's being built as an exclusive to the PS3.

can't get too excited about this...

@ Wagram They named the tree Ygddrassil, after Martel and Mithos. Tales of Phantasia takes place after Symphonia, 4000 years in the future and they have the Ygdrassil tree it that. Also I think they named it that becuase they felt guilt that they couldn't save Mithos and that the world viewed Ygddrassil as evil. Lloyd didn't like that so he thought that if he named the tree after Mithos that it would make people see that he isn't a bad person and that when people think agout the Word Ygdrassil they won't think of it as evil but as hope. I read that somewhere not sure if it's true or not but it certainly makes sense and I could see it being true.

No Team Symphonia game has ever been Japan-only. If any Tales game gets localized in the near future, this is it right here.
