It's one of the lines from Resident Evil. Even the newer games have pretty dodgy voice acting (probably by design), but the first one is just plain comical. At one point when you play as Jill you almost get crushed by a falling ceiling, but Barry saves you at the last moment and says "That was too close. You were almost a Jill sandwich." At another point he says "Jill, here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the Master of Unlocking, take it with you."

I never played a Resident Evil game back in the day, and I tried out the RE: Deadly Silence remake for the DS. I seriously turned it off at the lockpick line. "Hm, the first door in the game is locked, if only I had a lockpick." I can't believe it ever got a sequel in the first place.
