Presents (not opened 'till Christmas mornings), Christmas tree, decorations, spending time with family, watching Christmas themed movies and listening to Christmas songs (Mariah Carey's All I Want fro Christmas If You is my personal favorite).

Well, I'm an atheist, so we stand around an empty space where our chirstmas tree would have been if we were christians and read to each other passages from Richard Dawkins books (I kid, I kid. I have a typical christmas really).

haha. I laughed. If you have a Trinity, I can see Hitchens together with Dawkins. Who's the third? Dennet?

For me:

family together

christmas mass

I like watching classic christmas cartoons like Charlie Brown's Christmas.

Haha, maybe we could have Carl Sagan as our equivalent of the holy spirit.

Peanuts is racist: http://tvrecappersanonymous.files.wordpress.com/2010/05/charlie-brown-gang.jpg

Note: Everyone else is close together and then there's a distinct gap between *ahem* the point of interest... and the rest of the group. Also note the lack of shadow under the subject under question, further segregating the subject from fitting in with its compadres and implying that no more darkness is required on the character. Finally, the floating of the bird over the subjects head implies a future act of desecration to the subject, providing the viewer (you) with an impression of the artist's discontent with the subject's state of being.

I kid

Not to mention the shoe colour - coincidence...I think not!

I don't celebrate Christmas, thus I don't really have traditions. Although I do get together with my friends Christmas night, play video games all night while planning our Boxing Day store route.

Great observation my old chum! It further proves that the artist believes that Charlie and Co. are worthy to walk over the individual of interest (see shoes and individual are of same shade) while the individual of interest ranks above Snoopy (a dog). Profound.

I have no way to prove this, but I also believe that Woodstock is about to lay a steamy one right on his head. That's just going by the angle of flight, the sly smile, and the clenching of the fists/wings.

I mentioned that observation in my first post I just forgot the bird's name was Woodstock.

I see now - missed it the first go-round. I'll change it now.

Woodstock floating above the boy is not only a hommage to Alfred Hitchcock and "The Birds," but also a clear signal to any and all birds to violently peck at the boy, causing him physcial and mental harm.

I get myself hammered, dance around a tree and wake up with my head in the toilet the next morning.

So basically, just a normal day for me.

Yeah, it's kind of the same here. It's always so hot on christmas that we usually just spend the entire day in the pool drinking beer. My family always buys pools toys for each other as presents so that we can stay afloat XD.

We always watch Christmas Vacation and Christmas Carol. Not sure what else we do that's "tradition". We usually open like 1 present on the 23rd, 1 or 2 on the 24th and the rest on Christmas.

Spend just enough time with my family so that it's only partially rude and they'll forgive me,

then play with all my new kickass stuff!

Or rather, that was the tradtion, kinda had to be when I was a kid and the closest person in age to me was my Uncle.

My family and I normally go watch the christmas carol show in town. We didn't end up going this year because there were a few thunderstorms approaching before we left, so we thought we'd just skip it.

Good thing we did, the rain was torrential and the thunder was so loud. The lightning actually turned out to be more interesting than the show :P.

The weather forecasters also have a low sitting off queensland on the 25th... should be an interesting christmas :P.
