No, definitely won't look like that during a race but even if it's the equivalent of the GT5s photo mode it's still very impressive.
The lighting looks much improved IMO.

Guys, just because I say Forza is being milked doesn't mean the game won't be good and won't sell a lot. Mario is milked like a bitch, but some Mario games are still critically acclaimed and they all sell gangbusters. Do I think Forza can sell 5 million? Sure, with heavy bundling it'll get there, Forza 2 and 3 were heavily bundled and created awareness for the franchise, Forza 4 could follow Forza 3's footsteps and be heavily bundled and discounted to 40 bucks the week after it releases and reach 5-7 million easily.

Still, I wouldn't say Forza is being milked. There are dozens of franchises which have new installments every year and some franchises which have several games yearly (Guitar Hero, Singstar, Mario etc). If you have a big franchise, releasing new installments 2 years apart is pretty slow.
